Rod and his co-founders have studied coaches and coaching for over two decades and want to share their combined experience with you. By putting all of these resources together in one place, we believe Mindset Coaching Performance will condense our decades of knowledge into days as we help you progress in your career, add more value in your environment, and learn how to make a bigger impact on your teams, bosses, all while learning the important thing, how to do it!
Working with us will allow you form an action plan and learn how to implement your knowledge in your daily life so you can ascend and inspire faster than you could have ever imagined.
Rod has been a soccer coach for over 20 years (11 years as a college head coach, 8 years as a high school head coach, 6 years as a club director, and 20 years as a club soccer coach). During that time he has amassed all major coaching requirements in the US (USSF A License, United Soccer Coaches Premier License).
Now he's partnered with others to pull together our collective journey, and want to share how you can replicate some of their successes in a quicker timeline with more results. Though this project started a while ago, we're now gaining momentum and want to deliver as much impact as possible while keeping this affordable and helpful as possible for coaches.
Let me know how we can be better, make you impact your players or students better, and I want to keep learning from you too. Thanks for all that you do, remember, a coach or teacher impacts more people than the average adult does in a lifetime, so I don't take the responsibility lightly and I want our community of members to be lights in the world that shine the brightest for those whom they serve. I look forward to connecting with you, so please reach out for any questions you may have and be sure to follow us on social media to constantly get updated on what's going on the world of MCP!!!
